One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident in Princeton Sunday morning. Assistant Princeton Fire Chief Tim Cook says crews responded to reports of a two-vehicle accident on Kentucky 91 South, in the curve near Princeton Memorial Gardens, just after ten. He adds when they arrived on scene they found the driver of one vehicle was unresponsive and did have to perform an extrication.
Assistant Chief Cook notes the driver, whose name has not been released by authorities, was then taken by ground ambulance to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville because Air Evac could not safely fly due to stormy conditions. He states crews stayed on scene to help with traffic control until reconstruction of the accident was completed.
More information will be released once it becomes available.
