The man wanted in connection to a death investigation in Fredonia has been located in another state.
Kentucky State Police Public Information Officer Rob Austin says 52-year-old Lawrence Florentine was located and arrested on Tuesday in Colorado by the Denver Police Department. He adds Florentine is wanted for abuse of a corpse in connection to the death of his wife, 36-year-old Nicole Renee Florentine, of Rock Hill, South Carolina, whose body was found in Hill Cemetery near Fredonia Saturday, June 13th.
Austin notes the investigation is continuing as they await Florentine’s extradition back to Kentucky.
