A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly fled from police on an ATV Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop 26-year-old Jaquavian Spencer on East 7th Street and he failed to stop leading them on a short pursuit. Police say Spencer has been warned several times about having an ATV on the roadway.
The pursuit ended on Lewis Street at the intersection of East 1st Street and Spencer was cited for having an ATV on a public roadway and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police.
