Funeral services for 86-year old Levina “Cookie” Adams of Cadiz will be private at Southside Church of Christ in Hopkinsville.
Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
