A Russellville man was charged with possession of meth after a traffic stop on East Jefferson Street in Elkton Sunday morning.
Elkton Police say 58-year-old Michael Kennedy was stopped for a traffic violation in Elkton and during the stop, he was found to have meth and drug paraphernalia.
Kennedy was arrested and charged with possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
