A wreck on East Adams Mill Road sent a woman to the hospital Monday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputies say Melissa Castro was on East Adams Mill Road when she failed to stop at the intersection of Cerulean Road and hit an eastbound vehicle driven by Brandie Akers on Cerulean Road.
Akers was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what deputies say are minor injuries.
The crash happened just before 6 pm.
