The Pennyrile District Health Department reports one new positive COVID-19 case was confirmed in Trigg County Friday.
Officials say the new case is a 67-year old male who is isolated at home.
This raises the total number of cases in the county to 33 since March when the outbreak began. Of those cases, seven are active and 26 have recovered.
