A Cadiz man was arrested after he allegedly ran from police in Cadiz Friday afternoon.
Cadiz Police say 21-year-old Frank Stott was seen in the area of O’Reilly’s on Main Street and was wanted in connection to a report of shoplifting earlier in the day.
When police attempted to stop Stott he allegedly fled on foot and resisted arrest.
Stott was arrested and charged with first-degree fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, shoplifting, and third-degree criminal mischief.
