A new case of COVID-19 was confirmed in Trigg County and in Lyon County Friday afternoon.
The Pennyrile District Health Department says the new Trigg County case was reported in a 71-year old female. The female is isolated at home and is the county’s 45th case.
They add the Lyon County case, which is the 31st, is a 58-year old male who is isolating at home.
Trigg County currently reports 6 active cases and 39 recoveries, while Lyon County has 4 active cases; 23 recoveries; and 4 deaths.
