Caldwell County has reached sixty positive coronavirus cases, three of which were reported the same day.
Judge-Executive Larry Curling confirmed Monday the county’s 58th, 59th, and 60th cases since the pandemic began earlier in the year. He added the cases involve an 18-year-old male, 66-year-old male, and a 59-year-old female, who are all isolated at home.
The Pennyrile District Health Department indicates the three new cases bring the county’s active case total to seven, all of which are recovering in their homes. The county’s remaining 53 cases have recovered.
