Todd County reported its sixth death Thursday related to the novel coronavirus.
Director Jen Harris confirmed the death and said their thoughts are with the family. In addition, she reported two more positive cases were confirmed Thursday involving minors that are connected. Harris said one of the minors has underlying health issues and the other minor is healthy. She said both minors are isolated at home with mild to moderate symptoms.
To date, Todd County has confirmed 134 COVID cases with 98 of those recovered, 26 are healing at home, and five are hospitalized.
Harris said the county’s recovery rate is 73%.
