The Todd County Health Department announced another new positive case of COVID-19 was confirmed Thursday afternoon.
According to Director Jen Harris, the latest case is an adult with underlying health conditions who is isolated at home with moderate to severe symptoms. The case is not linked to anyone else infected with the virus.
To date, Todd County has confirmed a total of 174 cases, which includes 153 recoveries. Thirteen of the cases are active and the county has recorded eight deaths related to the virus.
Harris reports the county’s recovery rate is 88%.
