Two Hopkinsville men were charged with possession of meth after a report of a possible DUI driver on Velma Drive in Hopkinsville Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 25-year-old Gbeayadau Duo was stopped after they were called to the area for a report of a possible DUI driver and as they searched his belongings they found a small bag of meth.
Duo reportedly had slurred speech and performed poorly during the field sobriety test. Police say a glass pipe with a usable amount of meth inside was also found next to Duo’s passenger 27-year-old Cameron Childs.
They are both charged with possession of meth and Duo was also charged with DUI.
