The Christian County Health Department reported an increase of eighteen COVID-19 cases Saturday, which includes eight active cases and ten recoveries.
According to the report, the number of active cases rose to 195 from Friday and include five new positive cases in the 85 years of age and older group, and three cases between the ages of 22 and 59.
As of Saturday, a total of 1,185 COVID cases have been confirmed in Christian County and 972 have recovered from the virus. The county has also recorded eighteen deaths related to the virus.
