The Christian County Health Department reported 22 new COVID-19 cases Thursday afternoon.
Officials with the department said the county has now seen 1,261 total COVID-19 cases. Christian County currently has 223 active cases, of which 109 are among adults between the ages of 22 and 59. Sixty-three are among adults 60 or older and 51 are either 21 or younger.
In all, the county has reported 1,018 recoveries and 20 deaths since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
