A wreck on Interstate 24 in Christian County sent a woman to a Nashville hospital Thursday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a car was eastbound when the driver ran off the road hitting the cable barriers in the median near the Lafayette Road overpass. The driver was taken by ambulance to Outlaw Field in Clarksville to be flown to a Nashville hospital. The extent of her injuries was unknown.
The wreck happened just after 2 pm.
