
A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for theft of content from a vehicle and found to have drugs in his vehicle Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 27-year-old Brandon Gard was found to have an item taken out of a vehicle during a theft on September 16th.
Police say over $500 in items were taken from the vehicle and during the investigation, a witness told them Gard admitted to breaking into the vehicle.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say when they located Gard at a home on Dawson Springs Road he was found to have 3 grams of meth, hypodermic needles, and 5 grams of marijuana.
He is charged with theft of content from a vehicle and possession of meth and marijuana.
