A Hopkinsville man was reportedly stopped for reckless driving and found to have drugs in his moped Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 40-year-old Donnie Sims was stopped after police received a complaint of an intoxicated driver on Lafayette Road.
Sims reportedly failed all field sobriety tests and told police he had consumed meth and was possibly drugged.
During a search of his moped meth and Xanax pills were allegedly found. He is charged with DUI, possession of meth, and possession of a controlled substance.
