Authorities have released the name of a Hopkinsville man that was killed in a shooting on North Kentucky Avenue in Hopkinsville Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they received a call just before 3 am of shots fired and when they arrived blood was found on a door to a home and a man was found inside that had been shot. The Christian County Coroner’s Office says 70-year-old Calvin Taylor was shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police taped off the area and began collecting evidence. No arrest has been made.
