Main Street Pharmacy Committed to Serving Community Through Pandemic

It’s Think Pink Week with the Edge Media Group, a way to show support to everyone who has fought or is fighting breast cancer.

Main Street Pharmacy Owner Jenny Shown tells the News Edge they serve people who receive medicine after their initial stint with breast cancer.

Shown adds as an independent pharmacy, they can serve the community in a different capacity.

During this time of COVID-19 restrictions and isolations for those with health issues, Shown understands they may be the only conversation some people have all day.

Main Street Pharmacy is located at 289 Main Street in Cadiz. They are still operating with the drive-thru and curbside pickup only, as their lobby remains closed to the public. The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Think Pink Week continues on WKDZ and WHVO on the Country Club and Hoptown This Morning. The week’s festivities will also include a concert from Canadian singer-songwriter Aaron Goodvin Thursday night at 6:00. The show will be broadcast on 106.5 WKDZ and wkdzradio.com.
