Hopkinsville Mayor Wendell Lynch was elected by city residents to serve the remainder of former Mayor Carter Hendricks’ two-year term.
During a conversation with the News Edge Thursday morning, Lynch said he is working on his plan to roll out to the city council to help the city.
When asked how the city can be made unique, Lynch said his plan would divulge some of that information.
No matter what, Lynch said he does not want his administration to get in the way of progress.
Concerning COVID-19, Lynch said he has learned a lot.
The next Hopkinsville City Council meeting will be Tuesday evening, November 17, at 6:00.
