The Millbrooke Elementary school-based decision-making council has named Renikka Owen as the new Principal.
Christian County Public Schools Communications Director John Rittenhouse shared the news Monday evening. He added Owen had held the interim position since April, and before that, she was the school’s Assistant Principal.
She is a twelve-year veteran of Christian County Public Schools and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University and multiple Master’s Degrees from WKU and Murray State University.
Her husband Will is the Family Resource and Youth Services Center Director at Hopkinsville Middle School, and they have two children, Daijha and Jordan.
