The Pennyrile District Health Department reported two COVID-19 related deaths in Caldwell County Thursday – the first deaths linked to the virus in the county since the pandemic began in March.
According to health officials, the deaths were a 70-year old male and 75-year old male.
Judge-Executive Larry Curling also reported nineteen (19) new positive coronavirus cases ranging in age from 10 months to 88-years old. All of the cases are recovering at home.
