A juvenile wanted on murder charges in Tennessee was arrested in Pembroke Wednesday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they went to an apartment on Clara Drive with U.S. Marshals to locate the juvenile. The juvenile was located, along with a large amount of marijuana, synthetic drugs, THC oil, Rice Krispie and Fruity Pebbles treats believed to be infused with THC, restricted ammunition, and Xanax pills.
Deputies say 19-year-old Demario Murray was inside the apartment and he was arrested and charged with trafficking marijuana, possession of synthetic drugs and controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor, and three counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
The name of the juvenile along with any information regarding the murder charge has not been released.
