A judge in Christian County Circuit Court will consider a bond reduction for one of two men accused of killing a Clarksville teen and dumping his body on the side of a road in Oak Grove over four years ago.
Leonardo Miller is charged with murder, first-degree robbery, and tampering with physical evidence in connection to the death of 19-year old DeAndre Palmer.
Miller’s new defense attorney, Peyton Wilson, argued that his client should have his $1 million bond reduced and should be released from jail based on the pre-trial services report that shows he is a low-risk to not attend his court dates.

Police said Miller and Dequavion James fatally shot Palmer at Miller’s home in Oak Grove and then hid his body in a closet. According to police, Palmer’s body was eventually dumped on the side of Carter Road near Ghost Bridge and found on July 20, 2016.
