Seven New COVID-19 Cases Reported In Trigg County

The Pennyrile District Health Department reported 38 new cases around their five-county service area Friday, including seven in Trigg County.

The department said the new cases include one male and six females ranging in age from 21 to 97. The 97-year-old female is the only new hospitalized case. The county has seen a total of 497 cases, of which 61 are active. Five of the active cases are hospitalized.

In all, the county has reported 430 recoveries and 2 deaths since the pandemic began.
