The Trigg County School Board appointed some members to the 2021-22 calendar committee and approved the annual audit Thursday night.
Director of Personnel and Student Services James Mangels told board members they have some members ready for the committee.
Board members approved that slate of people to the committee, including Theresa Allen as the board representative. The committee is tasked with creating the calendar for the next school year and must follow all state guidelines for setting the schedule. The calendar will be brought to the board for two readings before being approved early next year.
In other action, Anna Herr from Duguid, Gentry & Associates presented the board with a clean audit for the 2019 fiscal year, which ended on June 30.
Herr added total revenue for the fiscal year was nearly $24.9 million.
Expenditures for the district were nearly $32 million.
Board members unanimously approved the audit and heard from all four principals in the district, as they provided updates for their schools.
