Active COVID-19 cases in Christian County are on the decline.
Christian County Health Department spokeswoman Amanda Sweeney said Thursday afternoon; the active case number is 639, down from 924 Wednesday. Of the active cases, 393 are between 22 and 59, and 156 are 60 or older. Also, 90 are 21 or younger.
Sweeney added the county had seen 5,114 total COVID-19 cases, 4,408 recoveries, and 67 deaths.
