Police are asking for the community’s help locating a woman wanted on felony charges Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 37-year-old Tawanna Humphries is wanted on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police, and tampering with physical evidence.
Police say on Friday they were executing a search warrant at her son’s apartment and she took a large amount of money that was confiscated by police.
Authorities say she then fled the area in a vehicle.
Humphries is described as a female, five foot six inches tall. She has a last known address of the 1700 block of Parkview Drive.
