Police are investigating an incident in which a gun was pointed at a man while walking on North Elm Street Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a man was walking in the area of Maplelawn Street around 2 pm when another man in a car pointed a gun at him. The suspect along with four other people in the car fled the area before police arrived. Authorities say they are still investigating but at this time it is unknown what the motive was.
No one was injured and no description of the suspect has been released. Police say the victim is not cooperating with law enforcement.
