A call about a reckless driver in Caldwell County led to the arrest of a Hopkinsville man for his third DUI offense and drug possession.
Caldwell County Chief Deputy Sheriff Chris Noel says deputies were dispatched to Blue Springs Market around 8:45 Tuesday night.
Upon arrival at the scene, Deputy Kenneth Vincent arrested and charged 28-year old James Johnson with possession of synthetic drugs and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, third offense.
According to Deputy Noel, Johnson was first transported to the Caldwell County Medical Center and later lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
