Freezing rain and sleet will move through the region Wednesday night and most of the day Thursday.
Weather Edge forecaster David Powell says that precipitation will change to freezing rain as temperatures begin to fall.
An Ice Storm Warning remains in effect until 6:00 Thursday evening due to the threat of accumulating ice.
