The Cadiz Rotary Club will host their annual auction virtually April 12-16 via the Big Deals Store.
Club member Scott Sutherland tells the News Edge one big part of their funding goes to education needs for youth in Cadiz and Trigg County. He adds the budget for scholarships and grants this year is $120,000, with about 100 different options.
Sutherland says dual credit classes really help students lower out-of-pocket costs when they choose to attend college.
The average student loan debt for Kentucky students is around $30,000.
Sutherland adds while students are a big part of who they help, they also help Trigg County senior citizens.
