A Hopkinsville man was found with marijuana as he was being arrested on a warrant Thursday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they located 18-year-old Armon Lovan on Tennessee Avenue arguing with a woman in a vehicle.
As police approached him they could reportedly smell marijuana.
After being taken into custody on a warrant for failure to appear police say they found two large plastic bags full of marijuana and a scale in his hoodie.
Lovan is charged with trafficking marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
