The Hopkinsville Kiwanis Club is making a change in the location of the popular Soapbox Derby event this year.
President Paige Parker tells the News Edge they are moving it to Ruff Park from Bethel Hill.
Parker adds she could see the move becoming permanent, depending on how this year’s event goes.
Build clinics for the derby have already begun, but Parker invites everyone out for the events Friday and Saturday, June 11-12.
