Deputies have released the name of a Cadiz man that was flown to a hospital after a wreck on Caledonia Road near Glenwood Mill Road in Trigg County Saturday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say Evan Roberts was eastbound when his truck ran off the road and into a mobile home.
No one was inside the home at the time but Roberts suffered severe injuries to his head.
Roberts was taken to a waiting helicopter that flew him to a Nashville hospital.
The crash happened just before 2 pm.
