The budget for the South West Kentucky EDC will likely show a small increase during the next fiscal year.
Executive Director Carter Hendricks reviewed the proposed budget with the board of directors during Monday’s meeting. Hendricks says he is only anticipating a small amount of growth in income next year, with the majority of the funding still coming from the local government.

In other business, Hendricks provided regional updates to the board, discussed unemployment rates, and other recruitment efforts. The board met in executive session with no action following the closed-door meeting.
