West Kentucky Heifer Sale Nets Average Price Increase

Average prices paid for replacement heifers increased compared to the fall sale during the West Kentucky Bred Heifer Sale Saturday in Guthrie.

University of Kentucky Extension Beef Specialist Kevin Larent says there was a good crowd of buyers on hand Saturday that were willing to pay fair prices for nearly 200 heifers in the sale at Kentucky Tennessee Livestock Market in Guthrie.
