A memorial service for 21-year-old Lacey Deanne Whittaker, of Allensville, will be held Sunday afternoon, May 30, at 2:00, at Cook-Webb Funeral Home.
Visitation will begin Sunday at Noon.
She is survived by her parents, Jerry Whittaker Jr. of Allensville and Misty Whittaker of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; paternal grandmother, Vickie Whittaker of Allensville and maternal grandmother, Debbie Jeffery of Hendersonville; two brothers, Hunter Whittaker of Allensville and Dylan Whittaker of Russellville and three sisters, Megan Tidwell of Nashville, McKenzie Whittaker of Goodlettsville and Faith Whittaker of Russellville.
