Police have released details on a crash on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville that sent a Hopkinsville man and teenager to the hospital Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say an eastbound car driven by 20-year-old Jason Harris of Fort Campbell was turning onto McLean Avenue from East 9th Street and pulled into the path of a moped driven by 43-year-old Antonio White.
White and his passenger 15-year-old Lavaras White were injured in the crash.
Police say Antonio White suffered severe injuries to his head and was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center then flown to a Nashville hospital. Lavaras White was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for leg pain.
The crash happened just before 9 pm.
