Funeral services for 54-year-old Charles “Chuck” Murphy, of Herndon, will be held Thursday afternoon, June 17, at 1:00, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin Thursday morning at 11:00 at the funeral home.
In addition to his mother, Bonnie Unfried Murphy of Eddyville; survivors include his son, Preston Murphy and his wife Brendon of Herndon; his daughter, Montana Mae Murphy of Florida; his significant other, Lisa Thomas of Hopkinsville; his brother, Johnny Murphy of Oregon; his sister, Rosie Thomas and husband Troy of Cadiz; and his six grandchildren, Ada Murphy, Briar Thomas, Elizabeth Sanderson, Beau Dixon, Kensie Dixon, and Sadie Dixon.
