A memorial service will be held at a later date for 69-year-old Dale E. Phillips of Cadiz, with Goodwin’s Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include wife of 34 years, Patricia, sister Shirley Clark of Bowling Green, daughter Lori Simpson and husband Jeff of Cerulean, step-son Peter Lamont and wife Angie of Panama City, Florida, step-daughter Buffy Burton and husband Scott of Cadiz, as well as six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three nephews.
