Funeral services for 83-year-old Douglas Bell Smithson, of Herndon, will be Saturday afternoon, June 19, at 1:00, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the family cemetery.
Visitation will take place Friday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Margaret Ann Smithson; his daughters: Dolores Smithson of Palm Bay, Florida, and Stephanie (Phillip) Blondin of Owensboro; his sister: Yvonne Smithson of Overland Park, Kansas, and his nine grandchildren.
