A high-speed pursuit on Pennyrile Parkway in Christian County ended with multiple felony charges Wednesday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they attempted to stop a man at the 16 mile marker for speeding and he fled at speeds of over 100 mph with two other people in his vehicle.
The pursuit ended at the 8 mile marker when he stopped just before spike strips that law enforcement had put out.
He is charged with DUI, first-degree fleeing or evading police, speeding, and two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
