Funeral services for 60-year-old Kathy Ann Blake, of Hopkinsville, will be Tuesday afternoon, June 22, at 1:00, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in George West Cemetery.
Visitation will take place Monday afternoon from 4:00 until 7:00 at the funeral home.
Survivors:
Mother, Elwanda June Lee West, of Christian County; her partner of 21 years, Mickey Powall, of Christian County; her daughter, Stacy Jaseph, of Hopkinsville; her sisters, Karen Good, of Hopkinsville and Vicky Gloyd, of Hopkinsville; and her grandchildren, Makayla Ward, Cheyenne Ward, and Kole Hutchison.
