A man was flown to a hospital after an incident involving fireworks on Nelson Drive in Hopkinsville Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say the man suffered severe head injuries after a firework he was holding hit him in the head.
The man was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center by ambulance to be flown to another hospital.
The name of the man has not been released.
