Funeral services for 83-year-old Ann Cook, of Hopkinsville, will be Saturday afternoon, July 3, at 2:00, at Lamb Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin at Noon Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Jean Hunter, Hopkinsville; her brothers, Leonard Earl “Sonny” (Lottie) Blankenship, Brooks, Hershel Blankenship, Shepherdsville, Doug (Vanessa) Blankenship, Bardstown, Charles (Barbara) Blankenship, Hopkinsville, James Blankenship, Louisville, Henry (Joyce) Blankenship, Hopkinsville, and Jimmie Berghammer, Hopkinsville; her sisters, Eula West, Hopkinsville, Vada (Charles) Hill, Hopkinsville, Bessie (Buck) P’Pool, Shepherdsville, Marie Hale, Hopkinsville, and Margaret Bishoff, Brooks; her granddaughters, Ashlea Hunter (Corey) Mullins, Cottontown, Tennessee and Lindsey Hunter (Eddie) Frye, Hopkinsville; her great-grandsons, Stone Elias Mullins and Michael Gary Lee Hunter Northrup.
