A Hopkinsville man was charged after leading police on a foot pursuit on Honeysuckle Drive Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the home for 50-year-old Harold Jones who was destroying property inside the house and telling the owner she would not be testifying against him in a prior case.
When they arrived, Jones reportedly fled on foot but was apprehended and taken to the hospital for hip injuries from the pursuit.
He is charged with public intoxication, first-degree fleeing or evading police, and intimidating a participant in the legal process.
