A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant for sodomy Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say in 2019 a 22-year-old man took off his clothing and got into a bath with a 6-year-old girl that was being babysat by a family member.
During the bath, his genitals reportedly came in contact with the child.
He is charged with first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse.
