Hopkinsville and Christian County will celebrate Independence Day with the annual Red, White, and Oooh event at Ruff Park Sunday night.
Toby Hudson and Tab Brockman with Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation say events begin at 6 at Ruff Park on North Drive.
